Didn't know you had a deviant art. Saw you by chance when I scrolled down my recent watchers list.

Mmhmm! I haven't used it in ages, though. I used to dabble in digital abstract art, but not so much these days. Been focusing on writing and acting for the most part.

Of course! Sorry for the late reply, extremely limited internet access this semester, so that I don't get distracted by all the magical things on the internet, and actually get my assignments done. *sighs*
Anyways, I live in the Valley, Gilbert to be exact.

Oh it's fine, I've been through that before too xDD Lol. Yeah I'm in Flagstaff. Nice to know theres another anime/yn fan in this state, seems like no one likes anime anymore LOL

Ahhh! That's right, I heard about all the snow that you're getting up there! Whereas down here, we had to deal with a tornado scare. xD
Hmmm...well to a certain degree, I can understand what you mean, it seems like more and more people are not delving deep into anime as much as they used to, and instead, just follow the trends.

We got the whole week off of school O___o; Lol. It was fun but scary, being cooped up in a house with 4 feet of snow on your roof...
Did you really get a tornado? The emergency broadcast interrupted Fringe when we were watching it.
I think that it's just not as popular on the west coast as it is elsewhere. Cause most people here are more outdoors-y than computer-y xDD

Nice! My friend who is studying at NAU practically had the whole day off as well, she was quite happy about it.
Well, supposedly it hit in Scottsdale, but they went unconfirmed from what I understand.
Hmmm...now that you mention it, I never even thought of it that way, and coincidentally, a lot of the gamers here also like Anime, so more often than not, it's a double package, usually Multiplatform gamers (PC and Console owners). At least, from my experience anyways. So yeah, you're definitely right about that. I know a ton of people from my school who are into anime and such, it's quite nice, but in general, I just enjoy most forms of entertainment, so I tend to attract a wide spread of acquaintances.

It's always good to have a lot of things you like so you can connect with people more :3 But I dunno, maybe it's just flagstaff, but I've only met a few people into real gaming (besides Rock Band and those other popular games EVERYONE plays lol) and anime. It's probably cause I go to the preppiest/jockiest school in town, SHS. I actually got bullied cause I drew anime here, people think it's weird and rather play football. (although they suck hardcore at it)

Yeah, it's a bonus, and it's a curse, since I like SO MANY THINGS, that I'm often labeled as "weird" since a lot of my interests don't coincide normally, but of course, I'm not exactly "normal". xD
Really? Huh, that's strange. I'm really sorry to hear about that. : (
With me, it's just a matter of, I find something, I like it, I get it, I find more of it, done.
What?? You've really been bullied about it?? That's horrible! I'm so sorry... T-T
*hugs*

No one is normal. Life's more interesting that way :3
Yah it's okay now though xD just some peabrain jocks who have no tolerance for anything besides football, beer and boobs.

shadowchicken477 In reply to deliciouslybland [2010-01-24 04:09:42 +0000 UTC]
Exactly! And the people who think they are normal, are the weird ones, since it's normal to be weird, so by thinking they are normal, they are the weird ones. :3c
Well, that's good at least. Bleck, I despise those pieces of trash. >
