well..for the wig I used the one I was going to be for my Rikku and styled it into and pony tail. I found some stretchy green fabric and made leggings and a top. For the mask..I have no clue how I made it lol basically I got some craft foam and shapped it to my face then cut the fabric and put it on top of it. Belt and shoes came from goodwill. Buckle is clay and knee pads are craft foam. Bow was made by my friend. Hope that helps.
