CertHE = Certificate of Higher Education. It's the first year of a degree. It goes CertHE -> DipHE -> Bachelors degree.

Thank you very much, I could maybe offer a 10% discount for DA members and throw in free P& if that makes it more affordable.

No worries if that's still out of your price range no offence taken. I could use alternative fabric to silk for lining, that could reduce the price by up to £25 depending on the fabric chosen, though mostly the price is due to the number of hours it takes to make and line a garment like this.
