Okay, I'll try:
On the top of your screen when you're logged in, you can see a little arrow pointing down next to your username. If you click it, a menu scrolls down with all kinds of options. The first option given is "Submit Deviation". If you click it, you'll get another screen that allows you to upload any deviation from your computer :'D.
If you still don't get it, you can either ask me, or find what you're looking for in the FAQ (Freqeuntly Asked Questions)

Ik weet niet precies, ik heb dus een microSD voor in m'n R4-kaart, en voor dat microSDtje heb ik een USB-stick dat ik er spelletjes op kan zetten xD. Je meot je MicroSD wel eerst formateren en er een bepaald progamma opzetten, anders heb je er alsnog niks aan xD. Dat progamma heb ik eventueel nog wel voor je als je dat niet hebt/kan vinden xD
En als ik alsnog dom ben en je vraag niet snap vraag je 't maar op MSN
