Entry for the Odd Couple ContestTrigon and Arella, and I do not know why...though probably partly due to some pathological tendancy to submit something of Trigon for practically every single contest entered...wierd
Anyhow, thought I'd do something a little different in terms of romance...it not floating my boat, and this scene not having very much of it...presumably just after Raven's conception, Trigon abandoning his oh-so-clever disguise, and Arella realising her mistake (though given the cult was trying to summon Satan, she hardly thought anyone turning up was going to be Mr. Friendly, or at least Mr. Friendly-with-honest-intentions...)
This one won out over the 'Cyborg having sex with a kitchen appliance'
. . . sorry, sorry...or 'Mad Mod and the disturbingly large age difference' 
but dark and nasty appealed, though it's been kept light enough in terms of style...the others remain future projects 
Technique-wise, a quick job, limited to no brush transparency or hardness changes for some reason, and carefree colour selection...dunno why, but it's a pretty fun way of doing quick pics...

In summary , these are Raven's parents. Arella is dead and Trigon is still hanging around in the dark side of Hell. Althought this is a unique piece of artwork which i like it very much!

I'm pretty sure they weren't even a couple and Trigon just raped Arella but I think they're cute together! X3 even though at first I thought Arella was Raven , before I read the caption. But I love it!

ooo this pic gives me a cool idea...ANYWHO, they certainly are the odd couple, and yet they did...happen. i really like your shading on trigon's skin, it looks very...muscular/demon-esque

despite the double eyes, he almost has a "there-there everything is going to be ok" expression, but she doesnt look like she's buying it entirely.

Yeah, tried to keep his expression human, to show that he could be something she might be attracted to if he wanted to be...
Plus trying to keep it y'know, reasonably light and unthreatening, rather than a 'Hahaha, I just effectivly raped you' look on his face, which would be odd in a couple-based contest

Read the title of the pic, or the blurb, or the comment I put just in case...it's Arella...yeah, ok it was billed on the contest page as Trigon/Raven 
So, Arella, not Raven, though I do agree the alternative would be very wierd

Anyhow, it's supposed to be Arella/Trigon, in case anyone is as wierded out by teh incest implication as I am...admittedly still wrong, but in a less icky way...think I'll change the title...
