I was tired of seeing all these excellent 2015 Bionicle Toa sketches and thought I'd upload some of my own. These two were actually drawn from the leaks we got before the final announcement, and I was still under the impression they were Toa Nuva, thus the Nuva symbols (which actually look pretty good). I tried to give them more active poses as well, with Pohatu running like we all know him to, and Gali swinging her big ol' ax at something (probably a poor Skull Spider).

I always thought how Pohatu wielded the boomerangs looked ridiculous (although more practical for throwing), so I thought it would look better like this. Once I get him, I'll probably slip in some Technic parts to connect it like that. I also gave him foot additions!

I actually really like how Gali's mask turned out. It's a bit different from her final mask, but smoother and sharper. I couldn't figure out anything to do with the legs, so I went with something reminiscent of her Mata form. Still not entirely happy with it, but I want to redraw these two now that we have reviews and official images out (as well as the official story).
