Position: Tribute/Victor of 69th Hunger Games, mistress of President Snow, Tribute in 3rd Quarter Quell
Birthplace: District 5, Panem
Age: 18 during the 69th Hunger Games, about 25 by the end of Mockingjay.
Height: 5'6"
Hair: Red
Eyes: Amber

Evy lived for the first eighteen years of her life in the "middle class" part of District 5. Her family isn't wealthy like the mayor but they're nowhere near as bad off as the people in Distrcit 5's Seam equivalent "Zeus's Toilet." She has an intimate group of friends she's hung out with all her life, and her relatives so far include both parents, an uncle on her paternal side, and at least one cousin (Foxface) from her mom's side.

After her Victory Tour she was declared the President's official mistress without any warning, and out of concern for her loved ones she agreed (not before saying a few choice things to Snow of course). Her life in the Capitol is not without its advantages though. She's an intellectual type and becomes fascinated by the inner workings of the government and Panem's history. As long as she plays the part of the trophy mistress in public she is free to challenge and debate the president in a number of matters behind closed doors. It's about the only thing that keeps her from tearing his heart out of his chest and eating it.

Her basic personality traits are intelligence, high morality, adaptability, honesty, and occasional over-sensitivity. It's kind of hard to sum it all up since the narrative I've been working on is rather long.
