I really admire you for putting all the details there, it must have been hell of a lot of work!
I like the idea behind the image, it is unique, but sadly it doesn't show too much, if you only look at the girl for short, you won't realize that she is a robot. (or is that intentional?).
I think the colours are very beautiful, they are soft, but work well as they contrast good to the technical beings.
What I really would love to see, is that the image is more blended together, and a little clearer. I am not sure how you could achieve that (sorry I don't draw) but for one, making clearer where the girl ends and starts would be helping, as well has having some depth of field (meaning background blurrier, foreground sharp).
Maybe having a clearer light source would also help this, so that the background would be a little darker!

I love the coloring and the cat is absolutely lovely. The feeling I get from this picture is amazing, especially how real/fake it looks with the robots and human face. I think the right side of her upper lip isn't as thick as the left though and the bangs look a little stuck to the forehead.
