All created in Vue 8 Xstream, with some post work in photoshop CS4.The texture is a photograph applied to an alpha plane, it was also used as the alpha image to allow the light to pass through.

i really enjoyed your gallery. you're really good at setting up scenes with your 3d work.
i particularly like these images with textures. at first i couldn't see how they could fit in the 3d category but then i read the descriptions

Thanks, I've had vue for some time and was messing around with alpha planes, and came across this great feature. The fact that the texture stays and the light passes through was a surprise to me. I think Vue is amazing.
