Description Created in Vue 8 Xstream, Daz3D and some post work in Photoshop CS4. The background is an Alpha plane with an image on.

great job on this one! i've been pretty amazed at what can be achieved with vue and daz or even poser. too bad my takes don't turn out this great, but i'm a max guy myself.

I was foing to say that it looked too delightfully illustrative for a 3D scene it would have been cool if the background really was 3D but the lighting and everything between foreground and background blend seamlessly anyway

Thanks, i did think about using Hyperterrains, but my system is way too slow for all those polygons! and I've been practicing with a black atmosphere and point and spot lights. experimenting with different lighting techniques.

Thanks, it's a material called "Lumpy moss" with an added ecosystem of "overgrown lawn group" grasses from the Lush grasses pack for Vue. Just mixed them with a basic rough stone material.
