The final flyer design for the startup studio between (Rocky) and myself.WE ARE DARN TOOTIN' ...!
Flyer itself will be 7x10 glossy which folds like a greeting card. On the inside are sample pages of our comics. :3

I came by, I picked up a flyer. I was hosting a table over the other end though, didn't pick up a book or anything.

One way to cut down costs would be to collaborate with retailers who would also want to attract the same crowd interested in your comics.

Well conventions are always the time and opportunity to find like-minded people. Also visiting comic stores from time to time might net some contacts as well...?
I dunno, it just happens. I admit it was a bit of blind luck Rocky and I were able to team up.

Hopefully with these meetups and get-togethers (and my possible AA tabling in a few years), I should find other comic artists and make some connections.

I had to excise Wordpress from my directory (just your typical "Oh Microsoft Software, Let's Harass It!" virus) so Google will eventually un-flag it (maybe in a few weeks).

Whats up with the servers? the page loads so horribly slow.

I noticed that you're from the Netherlands... That may be a key issue, considering my server is based here in LA (USA).
Also, the images are somewhat hi-res .png files that majority of users (either in the business, or just people who have great computers) should have no problem loading the site.
Checked it just now and even though I have a fairly slow computer, it loaded in about 10 seconds (this included clicking on one of the portfolio pages, and waiting for it to load).

My location doesn't have a lot to do with it, in retrospect, your website is just a little slow to load then other websites whom are also located in the US of A.
Its not a inconvenience, but more of me suspect that the hosting service has issues.

Dude... you gotta do something with that "47ness" typography. It just ain't fitting in with the rest of the SS&PP header.
That said, as a whole looks pretty damn awesome. Love the front cover work in particular.

........too late. It's gone to print and soon we'll have 1,000 units of bad typography to give away, lolz.
Yeah, I *know* it looks bad, but I committed to it on three grounds:
1. My usual 47ness.com logo was too big and wouldn't fit,
2. I wanted to make SURE to first-time viewers that "47ness.com" was separate from the SSnPP logotype, and
3. ...Rocky and I are on a tight deadline (damn me)
(I guess there's also 4; I'm too much of an egomaniac to make a more "humble" logo for myself. As if I were Syd Mead himself... |P)
