My dirty little secret is that I shaded it all in like I normally would for SSnPP, and then added on a new layer with the raw brushstrokes. XD;;

I definitely think technique-wise it's an improvement from how I did the Lucky Strike ad. XD Difference is I kept the lines in and based the face designs on how they actually look in the comic. But boy I love this process either way...!
