A relatively quick ballpoint job I did in class a couple of months ago... instead of listening to the teacher.
Just letting you guys know I'm still alive!
Ballpoint pen, a little bit of tweaking and post-processing here and there in PS, probably some 3-4 hours in total. Enjoy!

WHOA, FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!
I myself love black and white pictures, not least because of the fact that I am a traditional artist of this sort by trade. The sheer amount of details and the way this picture almost "glows" really stands out in the thumbnail and continues to amaze me in the full sized rendition. The lightning is an excellent touch, as well as the fact that you can see at least one person struggling along with the storm too. And the foreshortening on the rope, for a reason that I can't quite define gives it still more character.
There's a feel for utter destruction that, I think, is distinct in your pieces that I can really appreciate. There's a certain beauty about it and, in this piece especially, it's easy to get in character and imagine the scene playing out in my head. Very well done, 5ky!

Da scheint echt etwas an mir vorbei gegangen zu sein. Liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass ich seit Jahren nur noch mit Bleier schreibe (oder Kuli, falls nichts anderes zur Hand)
Aber schraffierte Karokästchen (diagonal links und rechts abwechselnd) waren und sind auch ein schöner Zeitvertreib
