Jokes aside, I'm pretty new to this so hopefully you can bear me.
Here's a few questions for you if you will:
What's that terminal + shell + fonts etc. you're using?
What's that file manager you're using?
What's that menu bar on the top with clock?
I got some infinality rendering going on at least but still need to figure out how can I use this gtk icon pack.

Looks good, nice to know the setup works on other machines.
terminal: urxvt or package is called rxvt-unicode
shell: just regular old bash
font terminal: menlo
font system: eighter Nimbus sans or PT sans, both are good
file manager pcmanfm
top bar tint2, I added the tint2rc file to the zip with the themes.

Still need to figure out what to do with gtk theme + urxvt config/fonts + system fonts

gtk theme is easy just put the Flattice-Edit-2 folder in $HOME/.themes (create the .themes folder if needed)
The fonts you can search for in the software center or repositories. Or you can find them on the net. If they are in ttf format just put them in $HOME/.fonts (again create it if it isn't there) then in a terminal run the command fc-cache -vf
