Description
The Glaistig is a Scottish Fairy with a very unusual nature. She is said to be a mortal woman cursed with the nature of a fairy turning her into a satyr like creature. The Glaistig is said to be bewitchingly beautiful despite her grey skin and goat feet. She uses her unusual beauty and alluring voice to draw in unsuspecting men where she dances with them and feeds off their blood. Despite her malevolent tendencies towards men, she is known to be fiercely protective of children and cattle. The Glaistig is known to always wear a flowing green dress, giving her the name Green Woman.Related content

Her eyes are so eerie and yet enthralling. And it's nice to see the less well-known English fairies being depicted.
