Ho hohoho! What a fun postcard to send to friends! My sleigh indeed goes quite fast, which you've captured well with that slight background blur and drift direction. The looks of terror on their faces, while not quite in theme with Christmas, do remind me of the time that cheery Pumpkin King once tried to take my holiday. If they would just ride safely and with the proper magical wards, problems like this wouldn't even arise. Excellent job portraying a scene with emotional highs and lows, with evident skill and good use of color.
Oddly enough I just critiqued another image with someone in a reindeer costume. This one, while a bit more subtle, does look warmer and more prepared for night flying. I like the look in her eyes, somewhere between spirited determination and cold focus. But why use that hunched over, hands bent posture? Does she need to crawl across the winds?
As for the others, you've gathered quite a diverse crew of interesting people. I see the lion-girl, a witch or two, a snake-girl, a sootling, a devil girl, a squirell, and an elf or two along with the humans. Even the witch brooms and their outfits all have minor different elements speaking to their individual personalities, which gives the viewer more to think about. If I can give the group one small tip from an experienced flyer, I notice many of them have their ears exposed to that wind; I would recommend pulling their hats down or wearing earmuffs.
