Only once? Looks like im the only one who have DICE OF DEATH which allows me to explode dozen of plasmaguns during one campaign (Master-crafted plasma looked soooooo expensive

*hehe* Well, she's careful with that and uses mostly ranged weapons 
Our assassin has dice of death when it comes to willpower tests - she almost always fails them which leads to quite interesting effects

Thats not DICE OF DEATH! My dice can fail 12 of 13 tests on 2+ (common tabletop), can roll 100 six times in a row (daemonettes were very amused with my dance), can fail EVERY test in a single game (there was about 20 tests), can miss the target 15 times in a row (42 BS +10 for laser sight +20 for aiming), can cause 10 psykic phenomena in a row (ima fukken assassin with 1st psy rating and i can cast only 1 power which is farsight! Actually it can only explode me) and as i already said explode 10 plasmaguns in one camapign.

That considered using different random number generators. I have no hypercube dice with 100 sides
Even occured using common dice in other games such as monopoly or tabletop 40k

Legend of 5 rings? U mean 100=good 1=bad? No, dice of death hav an intellect! When low values are good, there are only high values, when high values are good, there are only low values. Even when I've spoken to GM and reversed dice system 4 me, dice of death were still dice of death
