This is a new variation for [link] hopefully enjoyable

For 2 persons (please tell me actually 2 are persons or people, i think people is correct but it sounds so weird anyway):
3-4 chicken sausages
1/2 chicken breast
2-3 carrots
3-4 potatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 little white onions
olive oil
salt, pepper, 2 little pieces of garlic
some wooden sticks

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into four pieces and put them to boil in salty water.
Clean the carrots and chop them somehow equally in longer narrow pieces, spice them with salt and pepper and with chopped or minced garlic, then fry them on olive oil, adding a little amount of water at the beginning. (Don't overcook them, they should remain kinda "crispy".. so 5-10 minutes, depending on quantity should be enough.)
Cut the chicken breast, the sausages and peppers into pieces (not too big not too little) and slice the cleaned onions, then pull them "mixed" on oiled wooden sticks.
Fry them in some olive oil (add some cold water in the pan at the beggining so they boil a while, this way even the inner part on the chicken meat to be ready), spinning them from time to time, so each side to fry evenly.
When the sticks get ready, put some carrot slices on a plate adding some potato and put the meaty sticks on it or near and enjoy your colorful and healthy meal
