Yes you see right, i'm already done with the next page xD
Pretty self explaining, this time i left out this foggy shit thing i included in pg 7 to show that these are events of the past. This is just obvious if you follow Rhons talk.
So he now tells Aarok about the happenings in the past, many of you asked me to include this into my story and i thought it's an awesome idea to give a better explanation of Aaroks background, his hate against Red Dragons etc.
Well and now we start with a fight (kinda harmless atm.) between the two kings, Valrion the Black and Moncagnarak the Slayer. They're allies at this time, which explains Valrions friendly behaviour.
The dragoness on the last panel is Tazeera, the crown princess, Valrions oldest daughter.
PS. Male Red Dragons NEVER EVER wear jewellery, not even the royal family, since they think that's just for females. But they love to collect them

To be honest really love to see golden and silver adornments on the blacks. it cause so much of beautiful contrast. Very nice work with it. and successful idea. Looks like Blacks loved wearing treasures much.

Also, I just realized that the name of the Black King is told to the reader but the name of the Red King doesn't show up in the comic itself. Yes, it's in the description, but when I read comics I am too lazy to read descriptions.

Well friends would be too much, maybe just good allies. The next surprise? Maybe that this is the only "harmless" page about the past, the others will get quiet violent.
Tezeera loves to watch good fights, she's most time at her fathers side, especially when her mother cares for her younger siblings.

I don't think that such a hole in the wing can be a result of harmless fight, I'm sure it won't heal :/ But again, if they were allies, they didn't have to worry about upcoming battles... well, almost. Welcome fights, hmm, they remind me of something like this in Medieval times c:
Kaeroth looks a lot like his father (now that I was able to see Moncagnarak), especially with this crown of horns :3 This crown is much better than jewelry xD
Somehow this page seems to be outstanding, maybe because of the brightness of fire and the background in the 3rd panel :3 Or maybe it were because of old new characters. It's not that black, red and grey xD

I know, to be honest i mainly designed Moncagnarak (too long name... needs a nickname!) after his son, i only left out the significant details from Synastras design, like the gemspikes.
You think so? I think it's because of the change of setting and the increaseing action, ppl finally see what they wait for for years.

Don't worry, it was a good question. Somehow the Icedragons are one of those tribes that are just rarely mentioned, most of my art just deals with Red, Black and Brown Dragons.

You cannot imagine how many fights Valrion had in his life, a little hole doesn't matters him anymore; oh and of course he has to play the tough king in front of his ally.
Yes a little welcomefight, a simple "pawshaking" is not enough xD, this are wild beasts after all and two males who want to show the others that even if they are old, they still are powerful.
Yes somehow i got many positive comments on this page, it must be this change of the setting.

oooo~ pretty blue fire! I love the effects you put into the fire itself, you don't see a lot good effects of fire often, even the breath attacks charge is good (as dragons don't just puke fire, they need to charge the attack) another thing that's good about this page is ...GAH! let's just live with it's all brilliant ^ ^ Keep up the good work!
