Well, first of all: that's not old English, that's an archaic - or supposed to be - form of Modern English, the kind Shakespeare wrote in. This is Old English:
"Cnut cyning gret his arcebiscopas and his leod-biscopas and Γurcyl eorl and ealle his eorlas and ealne his ΓΎeodscype, twelfhynde and twyhynde, gehadode and lΓ¦wede, on Englalande freondlice."
Just something that bothers me when people confuse it with Elizabethan Modern English.
