I usually keep my commenting and favoriting to photography, but this is such a powerful piece, I had to say something. His suffering for us is impossible to imagine, but He has gifted a few artists with a special ability to convey some sense of it. You are obviously one of them. This is a powerful piece that reminds me once again of His suffering, of my unworthiness, and most of all, His incredible boundless love for a fallen humankind.
I want to open up my arms, and embrace that old rugged cross.
I want to take pride in the reason and be humbled by the cost.

does doesnt it! I had suuch a struggle while painting it, not because of phisical problems, but purely spiritual, something that big in your face the whole time, you mind goes into this weird state of emotion!
