Well, I usually spend 10 to 30 hours for a painting, so that one was done in a really short time...

he liquidious tree in the distance supplier the rivers with its pale blue ooze, as well as the melting bubble (again a melting bubble) lends a more humid and damp appearence to this enviroment.
I would definatly imagine the green grassland to be spongy.
The odd metallic tower of glowing lights is a sure sign of sci-fi elements.

good lord you painted this?? that's amazing.. the bubble is amazingly detailed. i can't manage that if my life depended on it. and how do you think these things up anyway? it just comes to you?

Yes, I´ve painted this
The process of creating is always different. Sometimes I choose a topic and think of how to visualize it, that´s a very conscious process, of course. But often I just have some vague visions or pictures in my mind - then I just start to paint and some more ideas come while painting. This one was rather the latter, I think...

Danke! Ich habe sogar schon mal drüber nachgedacht, eine Weltenesche zu malen - aber ich habe noch zwei Bilder in Arbeit und danach wohl auch erst mal zu viele andere Ideen die noch umgesetzt werden wollen (und Aufträge kommen ja auch öfters mal dazwischen).
Vielleicht innerhalb der nächsten 10 Jahre...

gute arbeit. ich war immer der meinung das man um gute acryl bilder zu malen auf gigantische leinwände pinseln muss.... du beweist mir das gegenteil^^ klasse arbeit

Thanks! I´ve uploaded a bigger one, but I didn´t make it much bigger because the original is not that detailed and just 20 cm x 20 cm (so now it´s almost the real size on my screen)
