Red White Mark with a Thin Collar, still a full collar but thin LOL. This fox has already been sold abit ago but still figured I would post pelt pictures anyways.Comments where disabled to protect commenters from further harassment!

Well, I kinda went threw the comments but you've started to hide them so it's impossible to get a full view of the argument. But, they are just words and to be frank you are the one that started it, But you can kinda see where we are coming from. It take's a lot of hard guts to do what we do because we love the animals.
I personally raise rabbits for meat and pets, It's hard when one dies because I loved it when it was alive but I can benefit from it's death the hide is used and the body eaten. Its the same with ranched foxes they love them and when they die they are not forgotten, the hide is used and the body eaten by family pets. Β

They were completely unnecessary, I assure you. I was reading it when it was going on and she didn't simply state her opinion as kindly as she is trying to say she is, she full out attacked.
I did try to not take sides but her apology was half ass and still rude and some other comments were stated that her opinion should be agreed with, that taxidermy is not art and that you are a terrible person if you think it is.
Not to mention the call to battle, to send Nimmy to hell, that she made.

She used some rather expressive examples, putting it kindly haah. Something along the lines of Nimmy being taught how it feels by having her family skinned.
But the apology is on Nimmy's profile and contains mostly childish things that make it more centered around Terror that almost make it seem like she is trying to excuse what she did.

I saw the comments from earlier, and I respect that people may not like this, but you really don't need to threaten people like, they were being extremely rude, they were acting like a little kid and although they don't need to like this, at least respect that people like this stuff, and we will respect you opinion. Simple as that :/ I like taxidermy, it's a really beautiful art to me, and yet I'm 15, and if you weren't being so rude about it, I'm sure we would all respect your opinion. I don't see why people have to be so rude when people don't
like your opinion, it doesn't make much sense to me :/

It is wrong to kill another living creature. Especially when one thinks that this is art. I know I should mind my business and not comment on this but I have to speak my mind when I see comments praising this picture. It saddens me to think that people can be so heartless and I hope that one day we can ALL become more compassionate to animals who cannot speak up for themselves.

I'm sorry but it's a fact of life that animals die.. why should the body be left to rot when we can take that and love it and give it new life..
NO ONE here hates animals.. if we hated animals then why would we spend so much time and work on these animals to bring them back to life in a way through taxidermy..
it takes a long time to get an animal right to look life-like with taxidermy.. it takes hours to soak them and then hours to fit them on forms and things... taxidermy is a way to appreciate the animal after it has passed. we are trying to give them love and respect in death.. instead of just throwing them away or wearing them as a coat..
Animals die.. it is very sad I know.. but you know.. they deserve to be respected in death as well..
We wouldn't spend so much time caring for them in death if we didn't love them.. I know that every single person in this community would much rather have these animals alive.. We're not all "murderers" and we are compassionate about these animals..
I know a taxidermy artist here who only uses 2nd hand furs and puts most of the money she makes from these beautiful animals BACK INTO CONSERVATION PROJECTS... we give back everything we take.. and we have so much respect for these animals..
I am sorry if we all seem very hateful.. but it's very hurtful to have someone blatantly call us murderers and say that we hate animals when this is VERY VERY FAR from the truth.. I understand if you don't like taxidermy.. it is a very hard concept to deal with... and i am not saying you have to like it.. but it's no reason to make accusations of people that you do not know.. and do not know anything about..
you don't know how we feel unless you ask us.. so ASK.. before you go pointing fingers..

im sorry, but you see people praising this because they respect the animal far more than you do. Just because its dead doesn't mean that is horrible and yes it was made into art and the picture its self wasn't suppose to be pretty its for reference and color stock. the only reason your even seeing this fox is because I want people to see it, see it is beautiful as it is dead as much as if it were alive. You cant stop death and just because its dead it doesn't mean it has to be forgotten!

One day we can all be Compassionate and stop the fur farms and have billions of foxes killed anyways all to save absolutely nothing but making ones self feel better. who cares about the billions of animals that are now subject to death because people don't realize that..........oh you cant set free foxes or farmed animals.

Nemi, I don't know how you do it. Some people are just insane, I just don't understand how they can justify what they say to you, and others. It's horrid. I must admit I am so glad there is someone like you on here, it's nice to have an educated person to teach about these animals, whether it be about how they are put down, raised, or their pelt phases, it's just grand that you stick around regardless of what those egotistical cunts throw at you! Animals don't have a concept of honor- least of all foxes, who happily eat their own dead. Stop making a fool of yourself. If this upsets you badly enough that you try (badly) to make others feel bad, you need to examine your intentions.
