Right now I have serious back problems. My mom is a massage therapist but she, for whatever the reason, prefers to try weaseling out of it as opposed to just giving me one hour of her time DB So I can't make pages as often as I'd like because my nerves in my right arm get pinched by my bad back or whatever and what basically happens is my arms go numb. So I can withstand pain but there's not a lot you can suck up when you can't feel your drawing arm xD
But I should be fine for a little bit, I just have to be careful and conserve my energy and not be an idiot.

I do slouch but it's not because of that. I've had this weird cracking back since as far back as I can remember and an athletic 6 year old shouldn't be having such things if she slouches or not xux;

Nope :c Again, my parents have always been weasels about these sort of things. They won't let me seek any medical attention beyond their own unless I'm two seconds short of coughing up blood from the pain

How old are you? As soon as you get into college, you can find someone to get you help with that--either by their own clinic (if they have) or some other help.
Grandparents can also do what parents won't. DO IT.
And also, by a certain age, probably thirteen or sixteen, you can make your own decisions about what medical stuff you want.

No college? Not even community? There's like a billion scholarships for artists if you plan to study art. And there's always the PELL. I know that's not enough for over there (it is over here, though--so if you want to move, it's very nice and warm XDDD), but a combination of scholarships does help! The only problem? Housing--you want to dorm? They are going to want to charge you for BREATHING--but if you can find one that's close? (Seriously--a friend of mine managed to find and get accepted into a college in Florida--little money to spare, but he could do it. Thing is, they'd charge him for having a bed, but they'd also charge him if he slept in a sleeping bad--it's dumb DX)
Make a portfolio--apply for scholarships.
