I love the texture of the wrist ruffles and the way it seems transparent and gauzy, the proportions of the hand and smoothness of the skin tone. Whimsical idea and it doesn't surprise me that you're in a children's illustration club. Very impressive. You're professional, right?

I think Lulu.com has formats for real books that are illustrated, heavily illustrated children's books. They are a provider for print on demand self publishing and of all the print on demand companies I've researched, have the best and most flexible contract. They also seem to have a wider variety of available formats and mediums -- for my books I could go with print books of various styles and types, or ebooks, or audiobooks all through the same print on demand company at a reasonable markup. Unlike the rest they don't set the final price on the items either, how large a profit margin I want on them is up to me -- including of course my setting it at base cost plus zero to order batches of my books and wares wholesale. If I'm not mistaken, the ebook edition can be set to a base cost of zero and given away as a freebie.
I love the concept of independent production and self publishing. It doesn't gain any honors in SFWA or anything like that, but I've known people to make a living doing it and it does carry extreme levels of artistic freedom. Something that would not be cost effective for a mass market publisher can find its niche and thrive anyway. Over the long term, I'd earn more in regular publishing and will be going both routes -- but anything that I can't sell because it's too weird or off the wall or risky for regular publishing, I don't have to abandon it either.
There's no advance with it but on the other hand, initial cost is low or zero depending on how much of your copyright paperwork you do for yourself. I like getting them to do it and the premium package for Lulu.com costs the same as at iUniverse.com where I had Raven Dance produced -- Lulu wasn't around yet. Otherwise I'd have been giving away Raven Dance as a free ebook to advertise the print version, trusting people who like it would want the print version.

Lulu is fun! They also have a huge online community and many of the artists and writers share their work in licensing like you can do here at DeviantART, where you could use theirs as part of your work and have to credit them for their part of it but can use it.
