Description
A very personal (and very green) painting of Faeren and a Healer character, who shall remain nameless. Whereas Faeren was condemned in "Forsaken " to solitude and a continual dependence on the Forest for his very existence, the Healer grants him a way of escape and the perilous chance at a new destiny. In short: the Healer's ability to channel energy from surrounding forests neutralizes the Mistress of Illusion's hold over Faeren for short periods of time so he can leave.You can learn more about Faeren and "The Wars of Avenan" storyline here: [link]
My last foray into realism of 2008, which signified the return of my artistic motivation. Many personal references were used for lighting and detail, and a lot of experimenting with overlaying colors and various brushes for the background.

I had a look at the site and well.......i don't know what to say!. It was "ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS" you could possibly be the modern J.R.R Tolkien, yes i said it Tolkien!.
There was one spelling error in Faeren's bio, which upset me because the site looks amazing and is set up perfectly, so to come across a spelling error was a bit disappointing. I'm sure if you quickly scroll through and read it, you will recognize the error!. Don't worry I'm a writer and make spelling errors all the time, I've probably made one in this message I'm writing you!. lol
Anyway, i just wanted to tell you how much of a fan i am and i haven't even read your books yet!. I love authors that have the ability to draw they're character's from they're imagination for they're readers to go by when journeying through the adventure of whatever world it is they come by!.
This is the story i have been looking for that is based on elves!. I have read "the lost realms" "dark elf" stuff but never really liked it, i am sure i would love to read your story, just reading the character bio's was exciting!.
Thank you for creating this story and i hope you continue with it and eventually get published!.

beautiful, love love the amount of detail and realism you`ve pout in there as well as the whole fairtale like atmoshphere, how you`ve manage to capture such an intimate moment and last but not least I really like the beautiful sort of androgyny of both characters.
