The villain of the independent project I'm helping to develop. He's a renegade from the same Shinobi clan as Kardosh, and has formed a splinter group of Guerrilla-Ninjas. He has all kinds of weapons concealed in his outfit.Sorry, I don't know what "Chota" means.
