Cause corgis are fairy mounts. This is known. (At least to anyone who knows the Welsh legend for them and that their white patch on the neck is called the "fairy saddle".) It is also known that corgis are naturally ornery little pains in the ass sometimes. And are more than happy to jump into random rivers, rider or not.I ended up spending WAYYYYY too long painting this and won't have a few other things finished I wanted this week. I just enjoyed actually doing something so detailed again. 30-ish hours

Heh, this is so dang cute. The expressions on the faeries are absolutely perfect. And, of course, the Corgis don't notice at all how annoyed their riders are.
