Previously! (Prompt 1)

"Blayd, wake up!" Angie's voice boomed into Blayd's ear and the reptilian amourim awoke from his place on the couch to see Angie's bright smile inches from his face.
"Look look look!" Angie giggled, then held up a basket with one big amourim egg inside.
Blayd's eyebrows shot up slightly and he smiled, rousing from his spot and hopping to the ground lightly. He came together with Angie, the egg and basket held between the two of them.
"Isn't this so cool?" Angie asked, looking like he might explode with excitement.
Blayd nodded, staring down at the egg with mild wonder. "It's pretty amazing. I wonder which god sent it."
He and Angie turned and looked out the nearby window wistfully, the sky glowing grey with a recent rain, raindrops still dotting the glass before sliding down to the balcony.
"I dunno..." Angie mused, smiling again as he continued to look. "But I can't wait to see what becomes of this little guy!"
He and Blayd turned back to the egg. One thing was for certain, and that was that this egg between them held all the possibilities in the world, right now. They might have had a little trouble finding a place to rest with it, but now nothing stood in their way!

New Egg event prompt, let's goooo! Hann-Nido and I decided to collab because it is the last day for this event and also it seemed fun! I can't wait to see what kind of eggies we roll! What a fun event to get new characters in Amourim!
This picture may say "reprise," but it's a reiteration of a picture I haven't yet completed that was originally gonna be for this event! I'll finish it someday and then y'all will see it be like "aaaaaw!" LOL! I don't know how canon this little event episode is to these guys stories, but it's pretty cute, regardless! Okay byyyyye!
