To me this express the feeling(s) of someone trying to make his/her way in life and all those hands represents people around him/her, some could be firends hanging, some could be ennemies, jealous or envious people trying to stop the acsencion, etc...

It seems to be such a beautiful idea, with so many meanings. i love her expressions, the hands are a bit overwhelming to the picture in terms of the ammount of hands compared to the amount of her face showing, but it gives it a feeling of the final steps of aquisition. the sepia adds a wonderful touch, and the light is amazing. the light on the skin and the contrast with the shadows is incredible. Awesome picture!

What I meant was having the all the hands touching the person's face was a great idea.
Of course, to me the photo represents people caring for someone. Rarely does anyone touch me, so this photo appeals to me for the very reason someone is touching her.
I realize that isn't what you intended by the shot or you wouldn't have titled it invasion. I guess if I had a lot of people in my life putting demands on me I'd agree with the title.

i don't think my intepretation is any more valid than yours. photography is visual. most of the time, my titles are a last-minute creation. the image itself is something more... and the meaning changes for me, too, but i just keep the title the same for consistency...

it comunicates to me something i really need in this time of my life, aceptation plenitude with the others, safeness, an invation of aceptation, to fell free of others to touch you, without fill they hurt you, that is what i see on the pic, again well done! send you a hug! by the way wht do you try to comunicate on it?
