hmmmm... in spite it transmit a kind of warmness, it also expresses loneliness (for me, at least)... they're like people whose minds and thoughts (and maybe problems) are too heavy (or too much) to deal with them alone.

... that's what I think ^^

they look like outdoor sculptures on grass :'D I like it! they maybe tsukareteru, but they are still very whimsical and fun. and I like that they are on grass, with the big long shadows. i miss grass...

i wish you lived in tokyo, reina!!!

thank you, this is my favorite new piece, i'm glad you like it! i hadn't thought of how the grasslike ground would call up sculptures in a park-like space, but now that you mentioned it i can really see that!!

how's indigo? how's school?

I wish I lived in Tokyo too, except when I'm feeling anti-social. find me a translation job over there that starts in April, and I'll be there^^

sweet! I'm glad I shared my observation/interpretation.

indigo is good, and so is school. today is undoukai, so I'm running around between the 2 schools I teach at to catch all the interesting races and performances. I came home for a little lunch break, hence I'm here.

do you have any plans for Halloween?

i'm sure you could find a translation job here... you should look, probably a lot more sights in kanji that i can't read...

no halloween plans or costumes yet... you?

in my case I have "refrigerator blindness" as you put it, in many ways, including looking for jobs in the right places >.< I am looking though!

I don't have a costume either, but I DO have a plan! there is apparently something called a "Yamanote Party", where ...well, you stay on the Yamanote line in your costume, and have a party on the train. If someone asks you what you are doing, you just tell them you are "headed to a Halloween party" ^__^ I don't know if my friends are just talking out of their asses, but that's what I heard, and that's what we are doing. I don't know if you feel like being on the Yamanote line all night, but in any case, I will be in Tokyo, so we should meet up!

i've heard of that!! sounds interesting to say the least. apparently, at some point in the last party they kicked everybody off!

glad to know someone living in Tokyo has heard of it! I was afraid it was just going to be my friends and I, and completely lame ^_^; I'll see you on the train then??
