Just a random sorceress. I tried a different approach this time, so I'd like to know what you think.I changed the hand a bit, I hope it looks better now.

I think that you are moving in the right direction. I really like her eyes. Something like "I know I am powerful. " But still ... I have a strong feeling that the hand holding the staff is out of picture and the highlight only makes this feeling stronger. Judging by background, you should add more light to her hand along the contour, adding to her total. A little more light.
