Another carousel unicorn with almost only three colors! The previous one is here .
The model posing here is my Quirlicorn Myr .
Yet again I couldn't stick with flat colors but added light shading and textures... But at least I tried to keep it simple!

Hahaa, jos vaan keksin, kuinka tehdä näitä hiukan nopeammin, niin laitan tilaustöitä tarjolle. Näitä on tosi mukava tehdä, mutta tarttis vielä vähän tekniikkaa hioa joutuisammaksi.

This one was also fun to design; I love curls and swirls and this picture allowed me to go crazy with them.

Your ability to come up with beautiful designs continues to floor me. You'd think I'd be used to it by now, but no! This is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I just love everything about this - the mane and tail are gorgeous. I love the accents you have added to the carousel elements - the feathers and ribbons are so pretty; I love how the pole's feather curls around it, and the feather on her horn just balances everything out perfectly. And the saddle and accompanying elements (not sure what they're called, derp

I really like drawing this style (cartoonish and stylished), I find it much more my own than for example more realistic approach, which I find boring to do.

I won't lie - I like realistic art styles; but I find that I like really well done stylized and/or cartoon art even more. There's just something about it that attracts me to it. I can't even properly explain! So, I totally wouldn't mind if you did more like this!

Yeah, luckily we are entitled to change our minds now and then.
Oh and don't get me wrong, of course I enjoy seeing realistic art done by someone else, that really demands talent and patience to do pictures like that.
But when I try to do something realistic myself I end up adding fantasy stuff like horns and wings for people and animals or dragons and castles in landscapes...

Absolutely beautiful! Those colors fit together wonderfully and the unicorn looks adorable! It's pleasant seeing unicorns that aren't just paper-white and I love the way you drew the horn!
As a child, I had a slight fascination with carousels and horses.

I have also loved horses all my age but I haven't ride one since I was a kid... It would be awesome to recover the old hobby tho. But I just realized that I have never rode a carousel horse! I think I would get weird looks if I did it at this age...
So I just have to admire them from the distance, the whole circus aesthetics appeals to me, especially older one.
I am glad to hear that my drawing reminded you about your childhood memories and I hope your fear of heights has been eased. ^^
