Well this is kinda lame, the Gold frame is much more vibrant in person, and it's longer and thicker in each corner. I usually doodle Alpheus in or around the gold leaf-looking things from illuminated manuscripts when I'm really bored, which is why the barrier is done in a similar way.I like how this came out, but I hid the other sword and case for some odd reason behind the other leg. Which brings up another another quirk here, he is right-handed, even though he holds the dagger in his left hand. This image, is the first time I sketched out and colored the image in the same day since the summer.

I was telling you it wasn't a valid point, not accusing you of harping on me. I can take criticism, but you have to have a substantial reason as to why you're making it, otherwise it's pretty much invalid.

Augh, that banner is so awesome. I mean, Alpheus is, too, but that banner really looks neat, as well. I've always really liked his color scheme, and his flippers are all flipper-lookin' and stuff!

For some reason I almost wondered if he was looking at a coral reef or something. (Banner didn't load)
I really like the way his feet flow, for some reason I imagine that's just what webbed feet would look like on a non-mer Fish anthro.
