I worked on this kinda on and off. I was really excited to photoshop it when I finished my sketch...but after a while, it got really tedious. And I had All State Band (which was AWESOME) so that threw off my flow.
The background was put together in like 5 minutes (and it kinda shows), but I like it anyway.
It's fire since Ho-oh's a fire type and the sky since she's also a flying. The glitter is from that one famous part in the end of Mewtwo Strikes Back where Ho-oh is flying into the rainbow or something.
