Artist's CommentsFirst off all, I'd like to say that if any two people had this much hair they'd probably end up strangling each other by accident.
That was the point of this drawing, to see how much hair I could draw before going insane-and I did.; (took over a month to finish this) It's good to have a picture of them both together.The characters here are Hathaelus and Synthalia. They are soul reflections of the earth, as well as each other. The story for them has gone on hold for now. I need to do more research. I wanted them to be lovers and supporters of the earth, but they are separated because of the bad shape of the planet's Aura.
Hathaelus has purification abilities-tear ducts that act as filters. I'm not sure about Synthalia's powers yet. Still working on it!

To me, the embrace is more intimate and profound than any sex act. You really have this nailed! So beautiful.
There was a movie (comedy) in which a couple was dancing and she kept urging him to "hold me closer! Closer! Closer!" And each time she said that he tightened his clutch on her, practically preventing her from inhaling another breath. When she said it yet one more time, he said, "If I hold you any closer I'll be in back of you!"

Thanks ^^ These two lovers represent the earth and sky, only Hathaelus (man) abandoned his position in the sky to come and help Synthalia (woman) with the burdens on the earth. So they both sort of share the same responsibility
