Definitely Fire Emblem 4, and definitely Celice and Yuria (Julia).
The finale of Project Dissonance. This is the 4th image. (All from the same drawing, just photoshopped differently-- this is the second's redo (the first two kinda sucked, but showed the ideas behind the project.)... that save has officially been reloaded now.

MINOR Incest(hey i remember you from FF.net) but better don't make a fuss about it.
In general the picture was very nice, both Celice and Julia has their clother and details pretty faithful(almost like offical) to the game and were pretty well made.
The Sunshine effect of Dawn on both is the one of the best point of the art.
