The tattoos are great! They look like they could be real tattoos, since they're not very solid and BAM in your face. His expression creeps me out! It's wonderful. X3
The pose is a hard one. I have troubles with dynamic poses like that because it always looks like the arm is coming out of his back. But yours has the streamline shoulder to go with it, and it looks like it's behind him, rather than protruding from his spine!
Is that a rosary or just a cross?
I adore the art-nouveau type hair you've got going on. With the thick outline all the way 'round, and the lines in the hair. Definitive lines.
All in all, this is a great image. The oily shading/coloring is awesome. I like the hand holding the knife. The knuckles are my favorite part of that hand. And how you colored the nipples without drawing the thick oval of black around them makes it that much better. It makes it noticeable enough without making it seem his chest is the central part of the picture.
