I like the idea of her being a Galatea to Kayla's Supergirl. Balance wise, it's a good idea for Ultima to have some allies to counter Kayla's. Costume-wise, I think she could show off her legs, but not exactly wearing a mini skirt like Kayla.

I like the idea of an evil version of Honey Bee, there are a lot of good girls in the Bee-verse so Ultima needs some allies. Not that I'm cheering for the bad girl, just balances it out a little.
