This is my favourite drawing of the three entries I did for WCC . :3 The lighting was a challenge, but I'm so happy with the outcome <3 Roxy and Isla fit so well together, I enjoy drawing them so much

Finally! This was the sport Isla and Rockabye were born for. Their dressage perfomance belonged to the past and Isla didn't spare another thought about it already. Long forgotten was her nervosity, every single doubt she had. She and her mare both waited impatiently for the sound of the bell, their starting sign. Roxy was prancing through the snow while the pair that started right before them was taking the last jump. They didn't knock off a single pole and they were fast but Isla felt certain that she could do better. And then the time had come. Roxy had heard the sound of the bell and raced off. Before Isla even realised what was happening they had already left the first jump behind them and were heading towards the second one. The young woman could feel the cold air on her face as her horse raced in a breaknecking speed through the snow. They were rasing snow and mud to both sides when they teared past the spectators.
Isla already fell into euphoria when they were heading towards the water jump that was ablazed with light. With flaring nostrils Roxy stared at the water, extended her canter even more stemmed her legs to the ground for one second and then took off. For a few seconds it felt like flying until the mares hooves touched the ground on the other side of the water jump and she immediately regained her speed. They took one jump after the other without even touching the poles. Isla could already see the last two jumps around the corner. Considering the fact that the ground was already muddy and slippery she should have taken a wide curve so they would reach the jump in a straight line, but their performance so far made her feel invincible so she pulled on the reins and Roxy immediately made a sharp turn, barely loosing her speed. They were hitting the jump on a sharp angle but somehow Roxy managed to take it without knocking off the pole. But as she landed Isla felt that Roxy was faltering and for one second she feared that she had asked to much of her horse. Another moment passed by, Roxy got back into balance and jumped over the last fence. Isla punched the air, with a proud and confident expression on her face, as soon as they landed. Now she knew that there was a great future lying ahead of her and Rockabye.
