Remington is a very famous western artist, who dipicts cowboys and mustangs in the old west. He also puts out bronze statues. His stuff is everywhere, and mandy western history books have his images in them.

Oh! I mean that I would buy your painting INSTEAD of a Remington! Because it's so awesome. lol. It means to value something ahead of another, or over another. Like: "I would choose chocolate 'over' (instead of) vanilla anyday" It's a sort of midwestern, sothern californian american thing to make our sentances shorter. (We have short attention spans, lol)
