Description
Given the Nickname Raiden because he shoots his targets as fast as lightning strikes (Raiden=God of Thunder's name in Japan's mythology)is a sniper, and so he doesn't like face to face compat, carries his Sniper Rifle in a Guitar suitcase which he always walks and carries with him as a disguise from people. The organization made an operation to his eyes, and added a zooming function to it
