During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 2 Level 1 "Resonator" monsters in your GY; Special Summon both.

Yeah. Or simply have the text "for the rest of the turn" in it. That way can you still make a Link before going into this.

Nope. But because of the line "you cannot special summon monsters from the extra deck etc" is this not a great card. Because you can't activate that effect if you have link summoned.

If that’s the case, then know that this card works ideally well in RDA decks.
Primarily since they actually don’t need to depend heavily on link monsters to spam the field with Synchros. And that’s thanks to one of their monsters, Hot Red Dragon Archfiend, reviving Synchro monsters from the graveyard.

Well, I had a warrior (isolde) build that worked better. Also Needlefiber and co with World Legacy Succession enables a lot of bs. Both builds might work better.
BUT if you prefer to play "pure" I respect that.

While I personally donprefer playing “pure” as you put it, I still look at other various strategies peolple have come up with such as your’s.
But don’t we still need Needlefiber as well since it hasn’t been released yet either?

I know the Isolde strategy was very strong with 3 mali 3 arma knight, but that strategy is gone again.
Needlefiber is likely to come in the same set. And just seems better going forward. Considering leaked voicelines, atleast Red Rising in Savage Strike is likely..

And if Red Rising isn’t in Savage Strike, there’s always the chance it could appear in a future Legendary Duelist Pack that contains cards that Jack Atlas has used.

I'm about 99% sure it will be in Savage Strike, it just makes so much sense, especially if you look at soul fusion

Oh I’m well aware and I’m hoping on it too. I’ve noticed the pattern they’ve been doing recently by introducing new monsters and support that focus on a particular summoning method. So I’m also hoping that Red Rising Dragon lucks out and gets into this Synchro-themed deck.
I’m only saying that in the event it doesn’t end up in Savage Strike, there’s at least the hope that it could most likely appear in a future Legendary Duelist pack that includes cards used by Jack Atlas. I’m still of course hoping it’ll be in Savage Strike, but since this card’s been out for 2-3 years already, it doesn’t hurt to have a backup plan in case this card doesn’t end up in Savage Strike.

Dammit, I meant to add Bane at the end of the monster’s name.
Bane’s the one that revives Red Dragon Archfiend monsters from the Graveyard. And with all the ones you Synchro summon prior just to get it out on the field, you can have Scarlight RDA and HRDA Abyss alongside Bane.

Well, just know that Red Rising Dragon is able to serve its purpose in an RDA Deck. Even if its effect permits you to special summon only DARK Dragon Synchro Monsters, it doesn’t really matter since those are the kind of the monsters you primarily run in an RDA Deck.

Besides RDA, the other decks I run are Yang Zing, Scrap, Infernity, Jurrac, Evol, Raidraptor, Rokkets, and Thunder Dragons.

Sure, whenever you're free.
It's literally like any other Rokket Deck though. The monsters help bring out powerful Link Monsters and then use the Link Monster's effect on a Rokket that is still out on the field, causing it to self-destruct and destroy stuff on your opponent's field. Then that Rokket monster is replaced by another one that's immediately special summoned from the deck.

Nope. If a monster says "you cannot special summon from the exstra deck you activate this effect except... " you're not able to activate that effect if you did a different summon from the Extra Deck (like a Link Summon or XYZ Summon, etc). You would be able if the text said "For the rest of the turn you cannot special etc."

Uh, this card, Red Resonator, and Red Sprinter equal 12 stars, not 8. Therefore, you could summon King Calamity, but not Red Nova Dragon since it requires Red Dragon Archfiend or Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend. Don't hesitate to ask me about other Red Dragon Archfiend/Resonator know-how.
