Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card on the field was banished to activate a "Weathery" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.

Easily one of the best Weathery monsters. She seems to be the one you want to see most since she gets everything started, and you did a great job in bringing out the color.
