So there are 2 level 4, 6 and 8 monsters.
One of the two of each level has more DEF and focuses on taking advantage of Tributing, and either controlling levels or gaining advantage.
The other has the opposite stats of the former, and focuses on Tributing themselves and reviving from the GY.
And then there's the adorable Treeborn.
Interesting pattern.
As for this card, Level control is pretty nice.

Some of the effects of the Snowflower cards restricts summoning to Plant monsters, unfortunately.
