Ha-ha... You wanna see Patroclos? You'll get him!
Really, I have Patroclos from the same non-finished picture but I don't like him. Though, I can show a fragment like that of Achilles too.

You'll see. He is too dark and I don't like his face. I'll change it for the picture. But if you want, I'll submit him here today.

Fascinating and androgynous! Recalls the young life of Achilles when he lives incognito as a girl to evade the enlistment to the war against Troy, yet is discovered by Odysseus. Beautiful young Achilles

Thanks. I always remember that Odisseus couldn't find him among the girls when I draw him - I see him only androgynous. It's actually a sketch to a picture that I didn't finish - "Achilles and Patroclos", the theme is famous (where Patroclos is woonded and Achilles cures him), he is looking at Patroclos' arm here.

Oh my, my! Now I need to see that unfinished picture. It will accompany the photo in my gallery (the brass portrait) as a fave. I always wanted to illustrate the scene in the "Iliad" where Athena grasps Achilles by his 'red-gold hair' to keep his anger in check from killing Agamemnon. I'm hinting

I feel I'll have to finish it soon (and you'll be able to put it together with your brass Achilles and Patroclos).
The episode from Iliad with Athena and Achilles is very interesting, by the way. The picture could be facinating.

Indeed, a great painting for you to finish and another fascinating one to create. Athena, strong and armed, bearing javelin and grasping Achilles, and Achilles yanked by his long, red-gold hair, losing footing, still wielding his sword aimed at a startled Agamemnon.
