Yes, this is real knives.That was planned as Dark Eldar Homunculus from Warhammer 40 000 (orininal version). We have what we have. I don't know yet am I satisfied of the result or no. Guess, it too glamour as for Homunculus. In general, I'm still in doubts.

this is a great cosplay and i really like it but the ears seem abit too long. Normally they are human sized just pointed, correct me if i am wrong, but it seems to almost draw the eye to one of the less complex and interesting areas of the overall design. Its really awesome though, keep up the amazing costumes ^_^!

Thank you! The ears, indeed, are of slightly wrong form, they are more of Lineage; I had no others. This was the first experiment using what I currently had at home, and I'm glad that it turned out not that bad.

Wow... didn't think I'd ever see a Dark Eldar cosplay ! This one really is great ! Although the pic doesn't show it all, I could probably say this is one of the best cosplay I've ever seen.

The homonculous in the TTG looks really hollow, as though he's lost something inside in the process of experimenting. If you're worried about the glam look - which I wouldn't - maybe custom contacts? I like!

Yeah, if the eyes are the window to the soul, it might help to remember that the Dark Eldar don't have much of one. What little they have, they try to keep from Slaanesh by devouring the souls of their own kind. I don't know what it would feel like to have something (someTHING, not someone) look at me, but I can't imagine it would be pleasant.
You know, it also just occurred to me that most of the DE minis are smiling a bit - and not the happy kind, if you know what I mean.
Seriously, though, this is a great pic, and on my favorites list. Can't wait to see you play with it more!
