i feell i should explain this one a bit:
i wanted to go for a more alchemical look rather than a magical one, he lives in symbiosis with nature, he doesn't control it, the animals accept him as one of their own. as for the sickle in his hand... well he uses it to gather herbs when he doesn't threaten to chop someone's head off

First off, the lighting is very well done and you've done an excellent job painting all of the different textures in this artwork. I like the sinister effect of the piece...it sort of gives the viewer a sense of dread. I most definitely don't want to get on this druid's bad side. Great work!
