Those grey and boring days made me paint this. I really miss seeing greens everywhere.A very sloppy concept speed painting which I consider as my little free time work and self therapy against depressions. XD
I still need to practice a lot.
I hope you like it.

I relate to the feelings about missing green everywhere especially when I lived in the desert southwest US.... this image reminds me of the beautiful rainforests in another part of the US I lived at...

I always have to laugh when I hear/read an artist of your calibre talking about "speed painting" and then apologising that it's not better work. This honestly looks like it took ages and a lot of effort, especially those vines.
It's a beautiful piece. I love the simple brushstrokes (not sure if they're called something else for digital art); it really suits the foresty, natural theme.
Speed painting or not, it's a vibrant, wonderful piece.

where does the concept come from if i may ask?

Hi! I have seen this concept the very first time today and was quite surprised that the idea has been done before even though they are similar yet not the same. So, it's not this character but a similar idea which two people thought of the same time.
I've had the spirit in my head since I actually started drawing yet I never really drew a complete picture and forgot about it for a very long time. It's now a shame for me that I haven't submitted my pictures about this character earlier when I wanted to and when I had the chance to.
