some additional details to his powers:

(the following powers are rendered useless or are very limited in his current state)
-he's immortal and has extreme regenerative abilities (can regrow from a few molecules)
-he's a shapeshifter and once he touched a target, he can transform into an exact duplicate of that person
-he's vampiric, able to absorb biomass to "feed"
-he can spread a virus that "zombifies" people
-he can raise the dead
-he aquired the following powers during secret wars: telepathy, telekinesis, invisibility, energy blasts, teleportation, chaos control, super strength, super speed, flight, infernal magic and more.
-he also consumed a horseman of the apocalypse, which elevated his powers to god-like levels (in this state he was able to create a star and use it as a weapon)

the following powers are the only ones he can use without penalties at the moment:
-energy drain (he automatically drains almost any kind of energy within a radius of up to 20 metres)
-he cannot absorb kinetic energy or energy that is bound within a body, that means:
a superhuman that has superstrength due to enhanced physiology is not depowered
a superhuman who defies gravity through any kind of energy (in other words can fly without using wings or propulsion) will loose this ability as long he's near plague
any kind of energy that is emitted within plagues range will be absorbed aswell (energy blasts, radiation of any kind, telekinesis, even telepathy or heat)
-his healing ability still works, but is very limited (below wolverines levels)
-he still can feed from biomass, but it is much less effective now that he can feed on energy
-he can still zombify people, but is only able to exert control over a very small number of them (around a dozen)
